The Teacher Effectiveness Programme (TEEP) was set up in 2002 by the Gatsby Charity Foundation to develop a model of effective teaching and learning drawn from research and best practice. Click the links below to learn more about the programme.

We currently train over 600 teachers per year in the 5 day programme, and we are currently developing and piloting a whole school training model. We offer post-training support and resources to those trained. Click the links for more information and how to join the scheme.
